SACRAMENTO – Boston-based Iron Mountain Information Management has paid $44.5 million to settle federal charges of overbilling the General Services Administration for record storage. The two whistleblowers who filed the False Claims Act lawsuit in Sacramento Federal Court will get $8 million from the settlement, the Department of Justice said.
