HOUSTON — Calling himself “a man of the cloth,” Christian minister Larry Leonard and his wife Shuwana, both 45, of Houston, defrauded investors of nearly $500,000 by selling them “worthless stock certificates” in their company Teshuater LLC, the SEC says in a federal complaint.
