ABC Sued on Paris Photo

Karl Larsen claims ABC used his photo of Paris Hilton in a police car without his permission on its “20/20” show, in a copyright complaint in Los Angeles Federal Court. Larsen claims ABC falsely attributed the photo to Pulitzer Prize-winning AP photographer Nick Ut, who is not a party to this suit.           Kismet Entertainment Group demands $348,000 from Seven Arts Pictures, and Peter M. Hoffman, in a dispute over sales rights for the movies “Boo” and “Cemetery Gates,” in Los Angeles Superior Court.
