Abortion ban trigger, North Dakota

BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota judge has temporarily blocked implementation of a trigger law criminalizing abortion because the attorney general certified the end of Roe v. Wade before the U.S. Supreme Court had issued its final judgment. He may do so now, however, so the block is indeed temporary.
