A federal court in Idaho dismissed a case brought by a Dutch doctor who claimed the U.S. government seized abortion medication she prescribed to patients, violating their rights. The patients do not have a “constitutional or fundamental right to unapproved drugs — even if they use those drugs to further a constitutional, or fundamental, right.”
