Abortion Videos Judge

As implied at a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/judge-unlikely-disqualified-abortion-videos-case/">hearing</a></strong> last week, U.S. District Judge James Donato on Monday <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Center-for-Medical-Progress.pdf">denied</a></strong> anti-abortion activist David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress's <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/facing-sanctions-abortion-foe-seeks-disqualify-judge/">motion</a></strong> to disqualify U.S. District Judge William Orrick from proceedings surrounding their release of videos depicting meetings with abortion providers, which violated a court order.

SAN FRANCISCO–As implied at a hearing last week, U.S. District Judge James Donato on Monday denied anti-abortion activist David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress’s motion to disqualify U.S. District Judge William Orrick from proceedings surrounding their release of videos depicting meetings with abortion providers, which violated a court order.
