CINCINNATI — Ohio cannot enforce its ban on abortion among nonessential medical procedures, which it billed as a way to preserve personal protective equipment for Covid-19 responders. The Sixth Circuit ruled that the temporary restraining order on the ban is not likely to “inflict irretrievable harms.”
