MADISON, Wis. – A group of Wisconsin voters filed a federal lawsuit Thursday asking state officials to drop a requirement that absentee ballots be signed by a witness in addition to the voter, arguing many people in virus-induced isolation don’t have a witness and won’t be able to vote.
