ADA vs. ACT

SHERMAN, Texas — A Texas federal judge found in favor of the nonprofit that administers the ACT, ruling against a student that sued because he was not provided certain accommodations for the college admissions exam. He could not show that his diagnosed health problems qualified him as “disabled” under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
