LAS VEGAS (CN) – A coach for the Las Vegas Ice Cats Youth Hockey team abused an 8-year-old boy so badly that the boy vomited, and when his father – also an Ice Cats coach – complained about it to police, the team defamed and suspended the dad and tried to interfere with the investigation, the dad claims in Clark County Court. Matthew Daly demands punitive damages on 14 counts, including assault, battery, false imprisonment, child neglect, defamation, negligence, harassment, abuse of process and conspiracy. He is represented by Jason Bach.
