‘All lives matter’ firing

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal court in California dismissed a talk show host’s discrimination and retaliation claims against the owner of the radio station where the host was on a popular sports talk radio until he tweeted “ALL LIVES MATTER...EVERY SINGLE ONE.” He says his firing was an act of discrimination against his Unitarian Universalist religious beliefs, but does not allege his employer had any knowledge of these beliefs.
