SAN ANTONIO — Six residents sued Cibolo, Texas, its mayor Stanley “Stosh” Boyle and three councilmembers, claiming in a federal complaint that Boyle failed to disclose his felony conviction while running for office, silenced their speech and “filed baseless police reports” against some of them.
