Amazon Shift Managers

<p>A federal court in California <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/amazonshiftmanagers.pdf">refused</a></strong> to certify a class of Amazon Level 4 shift managers who claim they were misclassified as exempt employees under state law and were not paid overtime. The plaintiff failed to show a class action would be manageable and did not meet his burden to show common issues would predominate over the class member’s individualized issue. </p>
