CLAYTON, Mo. (CN) – Another customer claims he was glued to a toilet seat in a Home Depot. Haywood Rosales says it happened to him in August 2007. A similar incident was reported in Boulder, Colo., in 2003, by a different customer, whose 2005 lawsuit made national news. Rosales claims the home improvement giant was negligent, as the first incident should have tipped it to the possibility of copycats. Rosales claims in St. Louis County Court that he suffered cuts, bruises and tearing on his thighs and buttocks, plus embarrassment and pain and suffering during treatment. He is represented by Peter Van Leunen.
