**Michael Porto , author of the self-published “Judas on Appeal,” claims **Philip Seymour Hoffman and **Labyrinth Theater violated his copyright in presenting the play, “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.” Porto also sues **Stephen Guirgis, Faber & Faber, and **Dramatists Play Service , in Manhattan Federal Court.           **Nadine Witkin sued her sister, **Tamar Witkin-Marcus , in a dispute over rights to and income derived from pieces by their late father, the sculptor Isaac Witkin, in Manhattan Federal Court.           **Nathaniel Tarver and **Nu-Vision Entertainment, both of Birmingham, Ala., bounced a check to rent the Tennessee Performing Arts Center ‘s Jackson Hall for the play, “Let’s Straighten It Out,” the Center claims in Davidson County Court, Nashville.
