CDX Gas and a slew of affiliates filed for bankruptcy in Houston, listing more than $500 million in debts.           Precision Parts International Services Corp. and affiliates filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, listing more than $100 million in debts. It owes each of its two top creditors – Golub Capital and Norwest Mezzanine Partners – $42.8 million. Among PPI’s affiliates is Skill Tool & Die Corp.           Powder River Petroleum International filed for bankruptcy in Oklahoma City, listing more than $10 million in debts.           Alena Internet Corp. filed for bankruptcy in Los Angeles, listing $16 million in debts.           Jackson Ford Mercury filed for bankruptcy in Sacramento, owing $2 million to Ford.
