Banned from the court

DENVER — A Denver Nuggets superfan, who has attended home games since 1992, will proceed with her lawsuit against the Nuggets’ owner, a holdings company that unsuccessfully sought to dismiss the claims and arbitrate them instead. The woman, named 2016’s Fan of the Year, sued last year after the Nuggets’ owner revoked her season pass and banned her from the rest of the season's games, in an alleged effort to force her to pay the current market rate; the court says the company’s “actions since initiation of this case are inconsistent with its desire to pursue arbitration.”
