LOS ANGELES (CN) – A Bell police Officer was arrested and charged with forcing a woman to have sex with him while he was on duty, federal prosecutors said. FBI agents arrested Feliciano Sanchez, 33, of Pico Rivera, last week. Sanchez, a 3½-year police veteran is accused of sexually assaulting a woman after stopping her for an alleged traffic violation, and then driving her to a secluded area. Sanchez is charged with violating the woman’s civil rights and carrying a firearm while committing a crime of violence, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
