Biased Sodexo Boss Fired Her, Woman Says

SAN DIEGO (CN) – Sodexo illegally fired a woman because she lives with a co-worker – neither of them in management – the woman claims in Federal Court. She claims Sodexo, aka Sodexho, used the pretext that she was violating its policy about employing “relatives,” but the real reason was that she is a woman, and her nonmarital relationship offended her boss’s religious beliefs.
