BofA Pays $195,000 for Calling Violations

CLAYTON, Mo. (CN) – Bank of America will pay Missouri $195,000 to settle claims that it called people on the Do Not Call list.     Bank of America also must keep a comprehensive do-not-call program that includes designating employees to coordinate the program, training employees about Missouri and federal no-call requirements. and maintaining policies to carry disciplinary action for employees who violate no-call laws, according to the settlement.      Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster filed the settlement in St. Louis County Circuit Court.
