SANTA ANA, Calif. — A federal judge handed a 46-month prison sentence Thursday to Rogelio Vasquez for selling counterfeit integrated circuits he got from China, some of them to defense contractors for military use. A 44-year-old otherwise known as James Harrison, Vasquez had been the owner of PRB Logics Corp. in Orange County, Calif.
