ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CN) – The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa illegally harassed and fired a waitress who complained that a high-rolling gambler told her he would sodomize her two different ways for $5,000, the woman claims in Atlantic County Court. She claims Borgata fired her on the absurd pretext that she was “soliciting prostitution” when she told the drunk, in tears, that she would not “do anything with him for a million dollars.” Represented by Richard Press of Pleasantville, she demands punitive damages.
