LOUIS, Ill. — A federal judge ruled that a former pharmacy employee may pursue sexual harassment claims against a pharmacy and its female president, who allegedly forced employees to kiss her on the mouth “as a prerequisite to receive their paychecks” and spanked employees “as a form of discipline and gratification.”
