Boston cop retaliation case tossed

BOSTON — A former Boston policewoman sued for employment retaliation after she was fired, allegedly not because she violated the department’s rules but because she had accused a fellow officer of repeatedly sexually assaulting her years prior. The court finds that her evidence did not rise above speculation and hearsay, nor that the department disclosed her disciplinary information to prospective employers in a manner out of step with its normal practices.
