Brazen Fraud

The SEC accused Praxsyn Corp. and its CEO Frank J. Brady, of Atlanta, of “<strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Praxsyn.pdf">blatantly false</a></strong>” claims that they could ship N95 masks, in orders of 100,000 or more, though they had no such masks — and did so <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Praxsyn-Order.pdf">in defiance of an SEC order</a></strong>.</p>
