California Gov. Jerry Brown on Friday signed a trio of gun-control bills that raise the age limit to buy long guns from 18 to 21, ban the device used in the Las Vegas shooting massacre a year ago and place a lifetime ban on gun ownership for anyone involuntarily committed to a mental health facility more than once in a year.
