LOS ANGELES – Attorney General Jerry Brown today accused two Southern California janitorial companies of cheating workers of overtime, paying less than minimum wage and other “flagrant violations” of labor laws. Brown sued **Excell Cleaning & Building Services , which employs about 300 janitors, and MO Restaurant Service , whose license had been suspended and was not authorized to work in California.
