MINNEAPOLIS — The family of Philando Castile, the school cafeteria worker who was shot by a cop live on the internet, filed a lawsuit in Minnesota state court against a Twin Cities restauranteur for falsely claiming that he is Castile’s cousin and using Castile’s name and notoriety to raise money for his own restaurants and charities.
