Catheter patent

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court revived Niazi Licensing Corporation’s claims alleging that St. Jude Medical infringed a patent for a catheter used for treating heart failure. The lower court improperly determined that the terms “resilient” and “pliable” rendered much of the patent invalid as indefinite, the panel ruled.
