FORT MYERS, Fla. — Linda Fairstein, former head of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Sex Crimes Unit, claims in a federal complaint that Netflix and Ava DuVernay defamed her in the movie “When They See Us,” about the prosecution of the Central Park Five rape and assault case.
