Circuit Rejects Challenge To Repealed Merger Law

ST. LOUIS (CN) – The 8th Circuit dismissed for lack of standing a voter challenge to a Nebraska law requiring Class I school districts to merge with larger districts, because the law was repealed in a November 2006 referendum vote.
