NEWPORT, KY. (CN) – Citizens say the City of Fort Thomas ‘ new hunting law is unconstitutionally vague. It allows hunting within city limits with crossbows and other weapons, but does not specify what can be hunted, does not restrict hunting in heavily populated areas, at schools and churches, does not restrict hunters to city residents, and 75% of residents oppose it, plaintiffs say in Campbell County Court.
