(CN) – City of Faith Prison Ministries guard Kraig Dill forced a prisoner to have sex with him under threat of being sent back to prison, and Dill’s bosses tried to prevent the victim from reporting the assault to police, the man claims in Federal Court. City of Faith, a nonprofit religious corporation, runs a transition program for prisoners who are near the end of their terms.
