Coca-Cola Accused Of False Advertising

LOS ANGELES (CN) – A class-action complaint accuses **Coca-Cola of selling “Fuze” drinks and lip gloss with false claims that the drinks, and even the lip gloss, “helps consumers ‘slenderize’ … helps consumers ‘energize’ … causes weight loss … can assist in weight loss … increases metabolism … causes weight loss in the hips … has caused ‘Hollywood stars’ to lose weight.”      Also sued in Superior are **Fuze Beverage, Too Faced Cosmetics, and Sephora USA.
