POCATELLO, Idaho (CN) – When Tim Todd, of Premiere Credit of North America, learned, by misrepresenting himself, that a woman had given birth to two stillborn daughters, he asked her “if she thought they were proud of her in Heaven knowing she was stealing from people who had loaned her money,” and when she cried, he added, “Save your tears for someone else, sweetheart. They won’t pay your bills with me,” the woman claims in Federal Court. She says it was a student loan.
