The student has not alleged that she was coerced into drinking or manipulated into jumping off the balcony. </span>

SCRANTON, Pa. – A student failed to state a claim for negligence against York College of Pennsylvania relating to serious injuries she sustained when she fell from a balcony after consuming alcohol as a minor at a fraternity and sorority mixer party, a federal court in the state ruled . The student has not alleged that she was coerced into drinking or manipulated into jumping off the balcony.
