NEW ORLEANS — A federal judge granted a request by the creator of a patented mayonnaise and mustard condiment called “Metchup” to dismiss counterclaims of trademark infringement filed by H.J. Heinz Co., which he sued for selling “Mayochup,” a patented sauce of mayonnaise and ketchup.
