PHOENIX — A federal jury convicted Levian D. Pacheco of 10 counts of sexual abuse of children who were awaiting deportation, while he was a “youth care worker” at the Casa Kokopelli Southwest Key Facility in Mesa, Ariz. The 25-year-old Phoenix man will be sentenced on Dec. 3.
