Cop Says Business Filmed Her in WC 'Unclothed'

MEDINA, Ohio (CN) – A police officer claims the Dolan Group filmed her “unclothed likeness” while she used the bathroom at its Hinckley, Ohio office, and “several Cleveland television stations” broadcast the film in news reports about the company.     Jane Doe, who describes herself as a married “peace officer” and mother, demands punitive damages for invasion of privacy. She is represented in Medina County Court by Mark Wakefield of Cleveland.
