Cops call broken jaw a ‘preexisting condition’

NEW ORLEANS (CN) — A Louisiana federal judge advanced excessive force against two St. Tammany Parish deputy sheriffs accused of breaking a man's jaw while arresting him. They claimed his broken jaw was already broken before the arrest, but no medical evidence in the record indicates this must be true.
