SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) – A California appeals court affirmed denial of class certification for a labor complaint accusing BCBG Maxazria of failing to pay its managers overtime. The appellate court said the lower court followed the proper guidelines in denying class status to BCBG managers and assistant managers, because BCBG boutiques vary in size, clientele and inventory.
