PHILADELPHIA (CN) – The 3rd Circuit dismissed a class action accusing a New Jersey hospital of charging uninsured patients more than it charged the insurance companies of insured patients. A three-judge panel found that former patients failed to state claims for fraud, breach of contract or breach of fiduciary duty against St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, N.J.
