CPA Says He Was Fired for Doing His Job

NEWARK (CN) – A CPA and office manager claims Clearbrook Financial, of Princeton, fired him for insisting that the company had to file a Suspicious Activity Report with the SEC, because he believed employees were trading on inside information. John Swarts sued Clearbrook and its CEO John Morris in Federal Court.     Swarts is represented by James Duttera with the Console Law Offices of Philadelphia.
