D.C. Circuit

EMPLOYMENT – The D.C. Circuit ruled that a woman who worked for the Voice of America in Africa while employed by the U.S. Information Agency provided “virtually nothing” to justify her claim that she was unfairly denied a promotion. Summary judgment for defendant affirmed. See ruling.
