WILMINGTON, Del. (CN) – Real estate firm DBSI has filed for bankruptcy, listing more than $100 million in debts, leaving 8,500 investors in limbo. The Boise-based company’s 240 commercial properties in 30 states were valued at about $2.4 billion, according to industry reports. The company stopped paying returns in October.
