Defamation Ruling

The Texas Supreme Court <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/DallasNews.pdf">ruled</a></strong> that the Dallas Morning News, which had previously published an obituary saying a teenager died from injuries in a car crash, did not defame his family by revealing in a column that his true cause of death was suicide.
