NEW ORLEANS (CN) – A court report claims Harahan City Court Magistrate Judge Don Gardner manhandled her, unconstitutionally ordered her arrested and maliciously prosecuted her after a “tense” deposition over which he presided. She also claims it all happened after Gardner unplugged her stenography machine and ordered her to stop recording the proceeding. Linda Gautreaux also sued Harahan Police Chief Peter Dale. She demands punitive damages. She is represented in Federal Court by Robert Stern with Killeen & Stern.
