A woman claims Jeong Hoon Kim, her boss and the owner of United Dental Corp. sexually assaulted her repeatedly, and she felt she had to put up with it to keep her job, in Orange County Court, Calif.     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Essex Property Trust, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Dunbar Armored, and Costar Realty Information, in San Diego Federal Court; Sara Lee Bakery Group, in San Francisco Federal Court; AT&T Services, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; State Street Bank & Trust, and Washington Mutual Bank and Morgan Chase Bank, in Manhattan Federal Court; C&I Sales, in Brooklyn Federal Court; National Water Main Cleaning Co. and Carylon Corp., in Norfolk County Court, Dedham, Mass.; and Check Cashing USA, in Miami-Dade County Court.     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
