A woman claims the director of the Southeast Education Service Cooperation, Bruce Terry, pressured her into having sex with him, and harassed and fired her in retaliation for her ending it, in El Dorado, Ark., Federal Court. Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Stanford Hotels and Canoga Hotels Corps., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Morgan Stanley DW, and T and M Restaurant Group, in San Diego Superior Court; Snelling Staffing Services and Claire’s Stores, in Cook County Court; and All Ways Electric, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court. (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
