A boss at Bobcad Cam sexually harassed and threatened her, and she was told she had to attend Scientology classes “to go anywhere in the company,” then she was fired for complaining, a woman claims in Pinellas County Court, Fla.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Hampton Inn Corp., Interior Experts General Builders, Welded Fixtures, and CLS Landscape Management, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Universal Protection Service, in San Diego Superior Court; S&B Engineers and Construction, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Ritz Wireless, and Ingersoll-Rand and Trane, in Manhattan Federal Court; U.S.A. Concepts of New York, in Brooklyn Federal Court; New Vision Telecommunications, in Nashville Federal Court; Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Temple University Health System, and Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Chicago Lake Shore Medical Association, in Chicago Federal Court; and Capitol Granite and Marble, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court.     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
